Most of people believe that the happiness they feel is somehow outside of themselves and is not readily accessible. The truth of the matter is that feelings of pure happiness, joy and other positive emotions exist inside us and we can have far greater control on accessing them when we choose to learn how.

Using modern meditation techniques, hypnosis and self-hypnosis,  we can access the storehouse of our emotions, the subconscious mind, and learn how to 'anchor' these pleasure states into our everyday lives.

 

Meditation is the process of quieting and calming the whole mind and physical body enough to open one up to the Divine.

In practice, meditation involves concentrated focus on something such as a sound, image or feeling.

 

 

Heartfulness meditation is a heart-based meditation technique, and has a  gentle aproach  to tune into our heart while the mind remains passive, it’s really the heart that remains active and the Source of Light is present and it is illuminating our heart.

We ignore our thoughts and pay attention to how we feel, while we’re absorbed in the heart. This shift in awareness from thoughts to feelings is what really helps in quieting our mind gradually and leads to a natural state of peace which gets retained even after meditation exercise.

The heart is the soul's link to divinity. Our heart is  the main connection to God Source because our true self or spirit is within our heart. The inner-heart – is the  key to connecting with who you truly are.

Heart essence is opening again our inner child, our source of trust, strengthening our awareness, giving us a wholeness which is completed as we share our inner treasure.  For ages it has been said we should follow our heart, that our heart knows the truth, that we should ask our heart for the best answers. This is because our true self, the spark of God , within our heart has its own consciousness. The  consciousness of our heart is much higher than our brain consciousness, and it knows the real truth -- what is best for us and for others. While the brain is easily influenced by its surrounding our heart cannot be manipulated by anyone else. The truths from our heart are just that: truths untouched and untouchable by circumstance, persuasion, ego, or any other outside force.

 

As soon as we use our heart properly, we can realize truths from our own heart, which are better than "truths" from our limited brain. Oftentimes, these aren't truths at all, but what we later find are mistakes based on limited or false information, misjudgments, or poor reasoning. Each time we consciously choose what feels right and is perfect for you and you do so from a place of love, appreciation, and honor for yourself, others and all of life, you experience a feeling of expansion in the middle of your chest. This feeling is the universal signal that you are in perfect alignment with your highest self, God’s will and the natural rhythm of life.

Our heart is the center of our joy, peace, calmness, lightness, happiness and true love.  An open heart is also the real key to our spiritual advancement in getting closer to God/ Sourse/ Higher Self / Universe , to recognize and realize the presence of true Source's  grace and blessings.
